THE SECRET OF HUMAN HAPPINESS

The Secret of Human Happiness
Almost every person asks themselves: “Am I happy? What do I need to be happy? And if I am happy, how can I be even happier?” We search for happiness without understanding its true secret. The foundation of happiness lies within the person themselves—in the depths of their own subconscious. I believe that people often don’t realize that happiness must be sought not elsewhere, but within.
Looking deeper into psychology, a clear tendency emerges: a person is happier when they are more conscious. The more conscious a person is, the happier they are. I would divide consciousness into seven levels:
The Seven Levels of Consciousness
First Level – The lowest level of consciousness. People at this level live in the world without seeing any divine will. They believe they are independent and manage their lives on their own, and therefore, for them, God does not exist.
Second Level – People begin to sense that they cannot do everything in life by themselves. They understand that there is a force influencing them, but they do not recognize that this force belongs to God. They are more inclined to believe in spirits and magic, trusting shamans. These are people who visit fortune tellers, go to cemeteries with alcohol, make offerings to spirits, and so on.
Third Level – The realization that there is a higher authority—demigods (in Christian tradition, angels and archangels). Demigods are personalities through whom the Lord establishes His authority in the material world. People pray to guardian angels, bow to the sun, worship the earth. Yet they do not directly address God.
Fourth Level – People say that God is everywhere, that God is this world, that God is beautiful nature. They are partially right, as they speak of an undefined form of God. However, there is no personal relationship between these people and God.
Fifth Level – This level comes with the feeling of conscience, the voice of the heart. It arises when we begin to listen to that voice and understand that it guides us through life—not through rational thought. At this level, people know that God lives in their hearts, and they seek to establish a relationship with Him, perceiving themselves not as mortal beings but as souls.
Sixth Level – This level begins when we have reached the fifth level and pray daily. Through this practice, our consciousness is purified, and we begin to feel the breath of God throughout creation. Through this, we restore our lost connection with God.
Seventh Level – The highest level, unknown to humanity and even to the Christian world. Only indigo individuals possess this level of consciousness, living with the worldview of a pure, innocent child and feeling God’s energies throughout their lives. By sensing these energies, they identify with God. Through interaction with divine energies, they can perform various miracles, as many indigo individuals are Christ’s logos (God’s crystal logos). This level is very complex, as it reaches the context beyond consciousness—God’s super-consciousness. Indigo people live their entire lives without conscious sin, making it easier for them to exist at the highest level of consciousness. They lack human flaws and character. The psychological diagram of indigo individuals exists without human ego (selfishness). They are pure as crystals, and whatever energetic spirit God forms for the indigo, that is the spirit in which they exist. In conclusion, indigo geniuses are like empty vessels filled with divine energy. In this way, they become one with God.
Human Flaws and the Path to Purity
Indeed, humans are imperfect beings with many flaws. Only the indigo race stands out from humanity, being free of human defects. I will now mention the three greatest flaws of humanity:
Necrophilia, or love of death. This is love for what is dead, inert—a subconscious desire to destroy, dismantle, and create nothing. The most prominent examples of necrophilic personalities in history are Stalin and Hitler. Necrophilic individuals are oriented toward power; power is a way to turn another person into a corpse, to force them to obey. All authority is based on power, and power is a means of control. Necrophilic people would rather lose their lives than lose power—the right to oppress and kill others. These people “love to death” and “sweetly hate,” seeing the world as “terribly beautiful” and life as “brutally happy.” For them, the world is simple—there are only “wolves” and “sheep,” rulers and the powerless, killers and victims.
Necrophilic people worship objects, not people or animals. Their gaze melts at the sight of a car or weapon. They are fascinated by machines.
They live not for the future, but for the past. Even their dreams are filled with the past—nightmares and material visions.
The opposite of necrophiles are biophiles—lovers of life.
You are a biophile. You live for the future. You long to live, to change something in your world and the world of others. You know that life is not just the life of the body. Even Jesus, even Buddha died—their bodies died. We will all die. Some in suffering, others perhaps quickly and painlessly. Whatever fate is given. But we will die. Yet our spirit will remain. For some—longer, for others—shorter. For some—only within the family circle, in the objects we use or create, and for others—in the memory of a larger or smaller part of society (in poetry, mathematical equations, buildings, planted parks, etc.). Our spirit will remain; just not equally and not always vividly. That is the law of life, and nothing can change it.
But the biophile, as mentioned, lives for the future. Even a small fragment—according to their strength and ability—they change something, create something new, give themselves to others. The biophile lives through spirit, and the greater that spirit, the more immortal they are.
Narcissism, or admiration of oneself.
We encounter signs of narcissism daily. Here’s a “gentle” example: A writer meets a friend and talks endlessly and boringly about himself—his worries and achievements. Finally, the writer catches himself and says: “Sorry, I’ve only been talking about myself. Let’s talk about you. How did you like my latest book?”
Except for the indigo race, all people to some extent admire themselves. All people are somewhat egotistical.
Incestuous ties – The third great sin of humanity is relationships that you usually don’t feel, or if you sense them, you hide them most carefully. These are ties with the mother, the one who gave birth to you. Ties with blood, with homeland, with the nation.
Genetically, “the mother is the first personified force that protects and guarantees a person’s safety,” but the mother is not the only one who protects. There is also the father, the family, the nation. And finally, there is humanity, there is history itself. According to our compatriot Vydūnas, there are “wheels of fate.” The closest genetically conditioned “wheel of fate” is the family. It most strongly influences a person. The second “wheel of fate” we all enter is the nation—its customs, culture, history. And finally, the third is all of humanity and its history. Our “genes” determine who we are—“Lithuanians,” “Poles,” “Russians,” “English,” etc. And there is something else that makes us “human,” regardless of nationality.
I have mentioned three human flaws. Dear reader, it is up to you to decide which flaws you have and how to overcome them.
The Path to Happiness and Consciousness
Dear reader, let us strive for a high level of consciousness, and with it will come the happiness you seek with all your being. As you become more conscious, your burden of flaws will lessen, and you will gain the immortality of the soul in the context of eternity, in the existence of eternity.
Continuing the topic of happiness, let me explain what the mind is and how it works. Your mind consists of rational consciousness and irrational subconsciousness. A person thinks with the help of consciousness, and what you constantly think about penetrates your subconscious, which creates through your thoughts. Your subconscious is the place of emotions and the creative force. If you think about good, you will have good. If you think about evil, you will have evil. That’s how the mind works. The most important thing to remember is that the subconscious begins to implement the thought it receives. Interestingly, the subconscious implements both good and bad thoughts. Negative thoughts cause disappointment, failure, misfortune. Constructive, harmonious thoughts bring health, success, abundance.
Psychologists and psychiatrists note that only thoughts are transmitted to the subconscious, while impressions are born in brain cells. The subconscious works through associations of thoughts and uses all accumulated knowledge. It releases your hidden power, energy, wisdom. It uses all the laws of nature to fulfill its task. Sometimes the answer comes immediately, and sometimes you have to wait weeks, months, years...
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, regarding “the secret of human happiness,” I want to emphasize to the reader that true happiness will come with the sixth level of consciousness. That is, through daily prayer in the Christian world and other spiritual pursuits, through which you will find
